Mosque Renovation Update!

Alhamdulillah, the renovation work upstairs is progressing steadily!
Over the past few weeks, we’ve cleared out thousands of pounds of old material from the upper level, making way for a more open, functional space. We’re also happy to share that the pews previously stored upstairs have found a new home with a church in Calgary that was in need—may they serve others well.
While renovations are ongoing, temporary seating is in place and can be easily stored to allow flexibility for future use of the space. We appreciate everyone’s patience during this transition.
A heartfelt thank you to all who donated toward the furnace project—your support brings us closer to our goals. Our next big steps include finalizing the furnace work and safely removing the scaffolding as we continue to transform the building into a better space for everyone.
Stay tuned for more updates, and as always, Jazakum Allahu Khairan for your continued support and generosity!

At this time we are also routing our donations to the poor in West Africa. We have trusted contacts there who have established food distribution programs to communities of the disabled, orphans, and widows primarily in the countries of Mauritania, Mali, and Chad.
We are working with local bakeries as well to provide free bread every Friday to entire villages in the middle of the Sahara.
